ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

Deliveries are made by express shipping through Colissimo and Mondial Relay for mainland France.

ARABIAN-MOOD cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and errors related to delivery after it has left the warehouse.

5.1. DELIVERY – TRANSPORTATION FEES
Shipping costs are indicated at step 3 – «DELIVERY DETAILS» of the checkout process. They depend on the total amount of your order and are determined as follows:

Unless specific delivery times are mentioned during holiday periods, you will be delivered within the following timeframes:
3 to 5 business days (delivery to mainland France) from order confirmation.

If you have not received your order within the indicated timeframe, we invite you to contact our Customer Service.

If we have not performed within this timeframe, the sale may then, if you so wish, be canceled (by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or in writing on another durable medium, under the conditions provided for in Article L138-2 of the French Consumer Code).

The sale will be considered terminated upon our receipt of the letter or writing informing us of this termination, unless we have performed in the meantime.

For any order delivered in mainland France (including Corsica), via express delivery, Colissimo, or Mondial Relay, the package will be handed over to the recipient designated on the shipping label.

Upon receiving your order, systematically check the condition of your package, that the ordered item is in good condition, and that it conforms to your order.
If you find that your package or item has been damaged, please note this on the carrier's delivery receipt and contact our Customer Service immediately.

In your message, do not forget to mention the damage observed (wet package, torn, open, etc.). In all cases, you have a period of three (3) days, not including public holidays, from the receipt of your package to notify the carrier, by notarial act or registered letter, of any reservations you may have (Article L133-3 of the Commercial Code).

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your item(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided for in Articles L121-21 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (in the case of an order for several items delivered separately, this period runs from receipt of the last item).

We are committed to refunding you the full amount paid for your order, namely:
the article(s) that you will have returned to us,

In case of return, you will have to personally pay for the return shipping costs of the purchased products, at your expense. In this case, the refund you are due will not be subject to any deductions. This refund will include, in addition to the price of the purchased products, the original shipping costs paid for your order. Any liability for loss or damage to the products during return transport will remain your responsibility.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the initial transaction, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Nevertheless, we reserve the right to defer reimbursement until we have received the item(s) or until you have provided proof of shipment of the item(s), whichever occurs first.

The product must not have been opened, used, modified, or damaged; ;
The tag must still be attached to the product
Products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging. ;
Products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right, in fact, not to accept items from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times. ;
Returned products must be handed over to the carrier of your choice within fourteen (14) days of the date you received them.
